I know it's been a while since you posted this picture, but I wanted to ask you how you did the green diamond 'framing' on your stunning GFG quilt (size relative to the finished hex size, etc.). Your quilt is beautiful. I am going to do a GFG, but by machine if I can pull it off. Thanks for posting this picture.

Thank you,franella for compliments on my GFG I hand pieced my GFG and sewed each green diamond to the white heagon next to it.I think the green diamond is about 1" long and 1/2 in. wide not counting seam alllowances Thanks again Clara
