Thank you, gaigai, your words, as a balm for the heart! Unfortunately, in our country there is no quilting machines (Long Arm). Will have the whip hand or on my
Janome. Quilter I'm new and I have a lot of time to spend on training. And I'm happy with it. I buy books and watching videos on the stitch. I really like the American quilt. Heart floating in melted milk, when I look at your wonderful work. On this site together of such talented women, Thank you all for your help and support you give to me. I try to do what you advise me. Problems with language sometimes fails me. I think. You understand me, and, if necessary, correct. Thanks for the patience of my teachers who taught me to explore various technologies blankets.

Colleen, your is absolutely gorgeous too! I love the triple (?quadruple?) border. That little bit of yellow really makes it pop.

I agree completely!! How wide is that little yellow bit? It sure makes all the difference in the world in your borders!
Both you, Colleen and Olga have done a wonderful job on your OBWs.

Beautiful cubes Olga - just one correction - the one at the top of the group of 4 with the skinny edges needs turning so that the light face is on top, same as all the others - you need to be sure that you light source is coming from the same direction all over the quilt. :-D PS you asked me about borders - I would do a skinny dark brown to frame the whole thing then perhaps a gold for the outer border. :-D

Well, I havent' gotten mine finished....yet. Things came up and Ihaven't done much sewing in the last week :( . Will finish them after my trip and mail them back to my sister and niece. I'm really wanting to get them done now and move on. When a project gets to old I feel like I've got something "hanging over my head" :?
