Some of my favorite colors too. Nice job with the quilt. I like the simple design and your quilting is the perfect accent. This quilt will be a favorite of your grandson for many years.

Grandsons are always willing to find patience for Grammies (smile). Lovely fabric choices and very nice quilt; he will definitely treasure this. Thank you for sharing.
Desiderata (Max Ehrmann) - Walk placidly amid the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.

Love the colors and the pattern and the quilting you chose. It's definitely going onto my to-do list. Thanks so much for sharing.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

Well, I must say that I really like his color choices!!! This pattern is very sharp - did you find it somewhere or design it yourself? I only ask because it seems very different from the usual. Your quilting choice is so perfect. (Are those MAINE blueberries??LOL)
