All of your quilts are absolutely stunning !! I machine stitch my quilts together , but then hand quilt them. But, ALL your hand work is beautiful. I just don't have the time. Sometimes I have to hand applique blocks

Fabulous quilts. I too handquilt & have to have something to work on when sitting with hubby watching TV. I am trying to learn how to FMQ so I can make quilts faster but the really great ones I must do by hand. Quilts I have given to family I always tell to not wash but air dry, I have 2 now that need repair from too much washing. So machine quilting I think will make last longer.

I did machine piecing & hand quilting on the 5 quilts I have made. My hand quilting is nothing compared to yours and my piecing isn't all that great either. May try all hand on the next one but with some arthritis in my hands and no big quilt frame it makes it difficult. I quilted my last one with it laying on a table. You are very talented.

I totally agree, hand quilting is such an art. I hand quilt I know 99% of everything I make. My quilts are part of me. I pass that on to the ones that receive my quilts (mostly queen size or table runners/toppers) family and close friends. I enjoy hand quilting and find it very relaxing. My hats off to all hand quilters. I strive for consistent stitches, but sometimes I am off, but you know there is only one that is perfect. I admire all hand quilters. Yes, machine quilting is an art, but to me machine quilts are not soft and cuddly. I try to make mine soft and cuddly. Your quilts are lovely, wish I could quilt as lovely as you.
