    Default Storm at Sea

This is my friends Storm at Sea queen size quilt that I just finished quilting for her. She did such a nice job and the color palette is spectacular. I used a variegated aqua thread with a simple squiggle in the main part as it is so busy a pattern would be lost. Also did a meander on the border. Wish this one is mine. Looks wrinkled, but it's not. I haven't been posting as I had a total knee replacement and it hasn't been an easy recovery. I'm finally able to stand at my Crown Jewel 2 and play.

Spectacular quilt and I love the choice of colours. One of my favourite quilt designs. Thank you for sharing.
