You soak your fingernails in polish remover that loosens them..........an darlin do something about the double chin lol
and on a serious note check your chest breast as men can get it to........look for lumps.
Henry your a real trooper.....enjoyed the pics.......laughed out loud :D

Yes I check mine after a doctor told me about 2 years ago to do so because of how many women in my family get breast cancer.
