    Beautiful! This is one that the block by itself doesn't do justice to. It makes a wonderful quilt!

    I really agree. I did this block and I thought it was ok but after seeing it in a quilt I'm going to have to make one now. Your quilt is beautiful and I can't believe that you did it in one weekend.

    In my junk mail of quilt books one of them enclosed some neat tips! I save all that "junk". :oops: One of the tips was to print out the block pattern several times and them just play with the layouts until you are happy with the look! Haven't tried it yet but thought I would pass it on. You could either print and color or actually make a block and then copy several. Then you would know how YOUR block should look. :lol: By the way that is one beautiful quilt and the colors are great for a young man.
