Thank you! I think I am going to go that route with the quilting. A few others have suggested the same. I bought some 'white linen' colored thread today and am planning to do an all over meander with stars. I'm actually nervous about quilting this. My piecing skills are much better than my quilting skills. Wish me luck!

Thanks, Melissa. I honestly don't expect to win any ribbons. Although it would be awesome if I did. :wink: But I saw the competition last year and I just want to get my feet wet in the contest department. Thanks again for all of your kind words.

That is just beautiful. I love the colors, and the border is great. Very nice job. :D I can only hope to be able to do as nice a job on something that special one day.
