    Congratulations to Helen! She is a real brick! I love to think of other groups getting together just to quilt here in Australia too. She has done a fabulous job and you are lovely for putting her quilt up here for us to see. Thank you, Carol - it's bright cheeriness has brightened my day.

    I'm not Carol, nor Helen who are in Melbourne, Victoria but it is growing up here in sub-tropical Hervey Bay, Queensland too. There is quite a revival and our little town has 3 stores that all carry quilting gear and only 1 of them carries polyesters/satins etc etc for dressmaking. That's a great sign.
