I agree with Ditter...quilting will make all the difference...don't despair, and it is really pretty.

I agree with the others about not worrying if it is perfect or not. It is a gorgeous project and you are doing a wonderful job!!! You are too hard on yourself. The quilt will be loved & cherished I am sure. That is what really matters. I do not think the imperfections are enough to worry a second over. Honest! It is beautiful. Cannot wait to see it completed. It will def. be a stunner.

I think it is beautiful and also sweet you are finnishing the quilt. You put your best in. I am sure the quilt will be loved just because your sister started it. Very special.

Oh my goodness, I think it is spectacular! The seams not matching could be as simple as the two different machines that were used.

I agree with all the comments...It's a beautiful quilt and it's the love and thoughts that are the most important. She will love it. You should too!

"Hug"Hug"Hug"
The love you are showing by finishing this quilt for her will out do any mismatched seam!
The reason I say this is My grandmother passed away after several years of living with alzeheimers(sp) four years ago. I have an aphagan(sp) she made me many years ago, and it is one of my most cherished items. I have never looked for mistakes, or actually thought about there even being any. It is something I treasure and adore and am convinced her daughter will also with the quilt you are finishing.
It looks absolutely Beautiful! and the Love and caring behind it is AMAZING. Please posty pictures when you are completed with it
