    Hard to say what would look best for the quilting, but it is not hard to say how pretty the quilt is. How about a round feather in the small blocks and echo around the children? Then use the holly leave design in the quilt, with the berries, for the border.

    oh thats so cute....i would make the stars pop and do some small stipple or filler behind the girls...then a holly/ ribbon vine on the border.
