Default Hexie Pocket Wallet

We went north to visit family and I didn't want to bring my sewing machine along this time, so I took inspiration from Bonnie Hunter and gathered up some scraps of fabric and made some plastic templates for the sizes I needed. Bought a pack of recipe cards at the store and some washable glue sticks and went to work. The hexies I used were 1/2". I got some RFID fabric from Nancy's Notions which was waiting for me when we got home. That stops anyone from being able to get my credit card info through my pocket. It's not perfect, but I love the way it came out and have already had a cashier comment on it.

very tiny. i've done quilts with 1" and 3/4", never 1/2. I don' have a punch for that size. I love the tiny paw print. So cute. Nice work.

Those tiny hexies are so cute. Like Lynnie, I've done 1", 3/4." I but dared try the 1/2". I'm afraid I'll be hooked and have even more projects in progress. Thanks for sharing your darling wallet.
