In the absence of an answer from the originator of this post I will tell you that Hoffman are a fabric manufacturer and every year they choose several fabrics and usually a theme. they then ask you to make a design using two of three of the chosen fabrics. The best wins a nice prize.

Does a quilt *have* to go with your decor? As in, if it's a very different green than what you have in your room, would that keep you from buying it?

I think I will order at least some of this line for the shop. Certainly the challenge fabric and the other large floral as those are lovely!

Please share your thoughts on the greens.
I like that color!!! I don't think a quilt has to match your "decor"
It is fun to throw in something a little different than what you have decorated with. I do tend to stick with mostly "cool" colors in my decor. I do throw in some contrast here and there just to liven the place up.

I may need to pick up a few of those fabrics this time. I do not participate in the challenge but I have really fallen for the Asian fabric lately!!!
