I love it too, I love this kind of window dressing. I bought styrafoam that has a plastic film on each side 3'x8' sheets at Home Depot, cut out to make a 3d cornice box, then covered it with batting and fabric. Looks great and it's so light I used glued on beer tabs to hang it.
