This is a beautiful quilt. The pattern is pretty and very well done. Minkee on the back is wonderful for comfort.

I had no trouble with the layering of it with Minkee. I use the basting spray, so just had some pins around the very edge - I find the basting spray works much better than basting pins. And I do the layering vertically, on my design board, which is batting mounted on a board which is mounted to the sewing room wall. It's much easier than laying it on the floor, or finding a large enough table to do it. It takes me no time at all.

Is that "Forever Diamonds" pattern ? I just finished one done in scrappy materials but not as many light colors as yours. Boy, the diamonds really stand out...like it.

Very nice, and minkee on the back!. Oh my, I would never get anything done. Would be wrapped up in that quilt. Great job, thanks for sharing.
