Great treatments with the quilting: water; clouds in the sky. This is a clever idea with the window open to show the view without the windowpanes. !

I love it! Attic Windows is one of my go-to patterns, but I never thought to make an actual scene from real life. Thanks for posting - it gives me a few ideas.
