I found this in my closet ! I made it over 25 years ago when I was making clothes for my kids. I had forgotten all about it.
All the appliques were made all from left over fabric.
As I look back on it now...I did a great job!!
I just did straight line quilting. And it's the ONLY quilt I did back then.
    Question:
Should I put my label on the back, as I do now with all my sewing project? It's a pre-made label that says "Hand Made by Tracy Carney(with a cute litte spool of thread on it).
What about a date? Should I sew that onto the blanket?

Made in 1983 for my son

Sew the date on a label, or sew it right onto the quilt?
What about the pre-made labels that I have that have my name on them?

Absolutely! Put the year you made it on there too, that way down the road family will know who made it and when it was made.

I have a handmade quilt that has no label on it and it is driving me nuts trying to figure out where it came from!
