I love quilts, but a huge show like that with all that talent on display, well, I'm sure I'd be overwhelmed.....but I'm willing to take that risk!

Thank you for including us and sharing those beautiful pictures.

I think we would all love to attend that show someday. Maybe some will get to. But I must say to all that are on this board. Those quilts that Kathy just showed pictures of are all beautiful quilts. However, there are so many people on this board that have posted pictures of their quilts and I honestly believe that so many that I have seen fall into the same categories as those at the Houston show absolutely beautiful. We have some very very talented people on this board and many that could definitely show their quilts in Houston. I have seen some on this board that I personally think are more beautiful than many of those!! So folks don't sell yourselves short, all of you do a fantastic job of quilting and have beautiful quilts and designs!!! Just wanted to give my opinon. Gerbie

I think I would have filled the memory stick on my camera several times over, if I had been there. Or, brought someone to take pictures for me so that I could drink it all in- one of the news channels did a segment and showed more quilts from this show- I think they said over 2000 quilts displayed?

They are all so beautiful but there's way too much work in those quilts than I want to do, I guess I prefer to do a more traditional style. But if one was given to me I won't complain. They are stunning.

Thanks for posting these pics. It's always nice to see pics from shows especially for those of us who don't get to go.
