Nice job! I have wondered, do you quilt around each hexagon or in zig zag lines when doing a GFG?

My Saturday was spent with my grandson who asked to spend the night last night. We looked for items to use when we carve/paint pumpkins next week. Then I took him to lunch, then we went to his brother's football game. Came home and discovered my son was here with his little boy so spent the rest of the afternoon playing with him! It doesn't get much better than that! When the kids aren't here the next best thing is sewing. I'm working on making a bunch of hexies for some sort of quilt - don't know how I'm going to put them together but I love the looks of them.
