How I attach my binding...

Thought I'd share how I "corral" my binding while attaching it to the quilt top by machine.

I wrap it around my fingers and then put it on the second spool pin on my machine...

When working on a big quilt like this, I have a card table that I place to the left of my body to help hold the body of the quilt so I'm not fighting to keep it on the sewing table.

Great ideal , I also put a cut off straw on my exter thread holder and put my big cone's of thread on them it works great also.Thanks for the tip. :-D :thumbup:
