Thread: How I spent my rainy vacation

    When it rains, make quilts! I had a whole week off work and had planned to get a lot of yard/garden work done but Mother Nature decided we needed rain all week long. Soooo...... I did what any good quilter would do! I finished 2 UFOs, completed a top I had begun 2 weeks ago and started another.

    Those quilts make me feel happy when I look at them. Great rainy week projects. I have placemats that I made out of the blue daisy fabric.

    They are all beautiful-especially the fussy cut rose, but I have always love The Pokey Little Puppy! He's so cute.

    Wow, I like them all! Daisy delight is wonderful...love blue,white and yellow combinations! And the last one...love Irish chains and the way you used retro fabrics with it is so nice! Well done!
