Default How I transformed a thrift shop comforter for a friend.

My friend picked up this comforter with a plain green cover on it. She let me pick the fabrics and just wanted it to be bright fabrics. I serged all the seams inside so they don't unravel when she washes it. I wasn't sure if it would hold up being that I'm not quilting it at all. So, now I feel safe it will hold up for her. My BF brought home these huge zippers a while back, so I added one to it at the bottom so she can take it off for easy washing.

You did a great job making the new cover for the quilt.
