    Maybe something fun like diagonal stitching that goes across the white square in the middle.

    If you SID the diagonal seams, then the churn dash print, the smaller white areas will stand out like woven ribbons! I love your quilt! You might want to put a design in the setting triangles, then use that design in the white border. Are you going to go with a scrappy binding? It is just so pretty! I have two or three kits from Connecting Threads waiting for me, but I really like the Canning Day line.
