    Default Hunter's Star

Hi! Love this board. As a new quilter, I have learned so much here. This is a Hunter's Star quilt. Used Deb Tucker's tool and pattern (great), Quilters Dream Select cotton batting (liked the loft) and Superior threads 50 wt masterpiece for SID and King Tut variegated 40 wt for back (combo worked fine). Hope you like.

I was thinking of hand quilting a design within the blocks outside of the stars. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I still need to finish SID around stars.

Very pretty! You're right. Some extra quilting would really enhance it.

Great job on the quilt! Maybe something curved or rounded for the hand quilting sections to kind of soften the angles?

Beautiful quilt. I have a hunters star top done also and can't decide how to quilt it. Will be watching this thread.
