Love the soft yellows! I never thought about a satin binding - brilliant for a babies blanket. I'm sure he or she will love it.

I made 5" blocks using the Deb Tucker Rapid Fire Petite Hunter's Star ruler. I personally like bright colors, but my daughter likes soft, muted ones - thus the Buttercream yellow.

I just love the soft soothing colors and the minky sounds yummy! I'm helping a friend make a lap quilt in this pattern...I really like it a lot!!!
