Terrific....love it. In the true spirit of quilting. Thanks for the 'lesson' - didn't know such things exist....I knew about rice bags and flour bags and of course your feed sacks, but shot bags ....never

I think I would want to make sure the lead was all out for 2 reasons.
1) lead poisoning is hazardous to your health
2) it could make it a heavier quilt

I didn't know these existed,however, since there are no hunters in my family that's probably why. It's a great quilt, very similar to a T-shirt quilt and I'm sure your DH loves it.
