Okay I'll take the bait...and I was stressing over my family seeing my studio like this during this holiday weekend. Mine doesn't look so bad now...LOL., but I'm a little OCD about things. I can make a huge mess, but have to clean and reorganize before starting a new project. Which in itself is weird cause I always have "several" projects going at once.

To the right of worktable is tv , stash & magazines :-)

I thought that my sewing room looked like that. Especially when looking for something from the stash pile. I am glad that I am not the only one

Hey sewbusy, this aint about quilting rooms-------- I noticed your antique blue dresser lamp. I have 2 just like it and my sis has a pink one. I know they are about 60 years old, at least.

Love you room, especially the design wall and having a sink in your sewing area. Curious- what pattern are you using for putting the grandmother's flower garden quilt together? What size hex's are those? I'm making one (one inch) and haven't decided how to put it together yet- have a long ways to go before having to make that decision. What color green is that?

Sorry, wild horses couldn't get me to post pics of my "sewing room". Wouldn't know whether to take pics of the family room sewing area, the living room sewing area, the dining room sewing area, or the "real" sewing room (designated sewing room). But I am sooooo enjoying this thread.

Eddie- You have got to be kidding. On my most organized day, my stuff doesn't look like that. I periodically, when my husband starts looking afraid to come into the living room, shovel it out and put everything back into totes and back into the fabric room, but it's still only organized in my own twisted head.
