  Don't feel bad, I moved to this house 5 1/2 years ago and still haven't finished unpacking. I'm beginning to wonder if I ever will.  First thing I moved tho was my sewing room and it was one of the first rooms put to right! priorites first
We moved here 5 years ago and I'm still remodeling, lol. My Sewing room seems to be at the very bottom of the list. We're not even done with the first floor.
Boy, do I identify with that!! When we moved in 10 years ago, we did not even have a kitchen. Now we have 1/2 of the first floor done, but need trim in most of the 'finished' rooms, and need to finish the basement. Seems the company needs my DH's efforts more than I! Well, soon he will retire, and just think of all the projects he will have to do!

Lol, boy I get that too. My husband is always having to cover for his underlings. Our kitchen and dining room just needs trim and new doors/windows (not much considering the dining room had loose, hanging wires and no light when we moved in.) The living room and laundry rooms just need cosmetic work to cover for the torn wallpaper and we need to put a new floor, tub and windows in the bathroom. One day we'll be done, right?? Lol.

Moved here 40 years this coming November. Finally got the kitchen gutted and replaced 2 years ago.

Sometimes my sewing room has to be another room.
    Right now it's in 3 rooms. :-(

Haha, you're a saint then. I used to have high hopes for our house...and then my husband started bringing home pets "for the kids." My house will never be clean, lol. Let alone, finished.
