What a beautiful idea for those ties! Great job! I especially like the center motif, just really adds to it.

Thanks, the center motif is a redwork old schoolhouse. I used batting when I embroidered it, so it has a nice puffy look.

Good job the colors are well placed. I have a queen+ top made from ties using this pattern. haven't attempted to quilt it yet. thanks for sharing I'm sure your friend will love it.
