Hi everybody! I haven't posted much of my own stuff lately with doing Mom's stuff. I have been so busy that I haven't had much time to sew. But...I did find some time the other night and I sewed together my Downy quilt top. Then last night I started a Carolyn's Star and I finished it this morning. Ahhhhh!
It's sew good to get to sew!!!

The Downy quilt is really pretty but I love that star. Is Carolyn's Star the name of the block? I've never seen it before.

Love them both! By any chance is the star pp'd? Don't know if I could ever get the points straight otherwise and I do love that block!

Thank you! Yes, that is the name of the block. It's on Quilter's Cache. Here's a link to it.

I really like it too. Enjoy!

Thank you! No, the star isn't paper pieced but the way you make it, you could probably get the points straight anyways.
I just posted the link to the pattern, just above here. You should check it out. You should probably make one.
