I use my hallway all the time! Tacked up a felty-backed table cloth (hubby hasn't noticed tacks yet!) and a sheet on the floor to keep the spray from making my carpet all sticky. Works great! Sure has stopped the DREAD of sandwiching my quilts--and SO MUCH quicker than doing it on tables and they come out smoother too.
