Congratulations Rob. I don't remember seeing it on the QB but so glad it's here again. It's absolutely gorgeous. I wish it had won Best In Show...Grand Prize.

Here is a link to Rob's original posting about this fabulous quilt where he so generously shared his techniques. Landscape collaborative quilt

Rob, big time congratulations. This is the 2nd ribbon I know of that you and your partner have earned on this quilt and well deserved at that! It is no small achievement to ribbon at an AQS show. Take a bow! And I am sure he appreciates that someone at the show was able to post a pic of his quilt so beautifully adorned with a well deserved rosette! Edited to add that I am so glad the show had such great lighting to show off this beauty.

I viewed the link above as well as the posted pic. I am totally blown away with the lighting affect and how the quilt came together. Great collaboration between the two different talents. Wow.

I was actually looking for the quilt and wondering why she took a picture of an underwater world. I thought it was real.
Took me a couple of moments to realize what I was looking at. Truly amazing! What a beautiful piece of art.
