    Default I love my island.....

This is how I baste my quilts. Easier than crawling on the floor. I do like to spray baste, but would not want to get any spray on my cabinets, so this works good for me.

Beautiful quilt, I use our glass topped dining table to sandwich and pin my quilts.

The clip idea is great, but the Quilt is FABULOUS!! Please post when finished with quilting and binding. Just lovely.

Love the quilt. What pattern is it? Love your countertop too - looking to remodel my kitchen so I'm paying attention to details like that. And the clips are a good idea too.

Thanks for the comments!!! The name of the pattern is Radiant Suns. I had found a quilt kit from Quilt Cove (online), but asked if she would pick out material for the colors I wanted. She was wonderful!! Anyway, it is a wall hanging and I have no idea how I am going to quilt it..... Funny, my husband thinks it looks "younger" than my other quilts I have done. I think he meant more modern, hahahah!

Great idea. I'll have to keep that in mind. I usually spray baste in sections by unrolling about two feet at a time, spraying, unrolling, spraying and so on and so on. Seems like this would be much easier. I have an old carpet needle (curved) that is great for basting! BTW, I love the quilt you're working on. Colors are great as is the pattern. Thanks for sharing.
