That is beautiful, and I know your feelings as you were working your way through the sewing of those squares for your friend; I do that, but so far only for my kids and grandkids--too many of those to try to do for others not in the family. Total dedication to what you are working on is obvious in your work. Congratulations. And your friend is sure to be crying when you give it to her.

Whew! This just makes me tired thinking about the long hours it took to "knock" this out. No kidding, it really is a stunner and I'm sure you'll get invited back with a hostess gift like this. Thanks for sharing it with us.
