How adorable, the fabric is nice too!

How about attic windows? Make it look like your viewing an invasion! If you don't like "Y" seams, about.com has a pattern where you use half square triangles instead of the "Y" seams.

What a cutie! She is so concentrated on her sewing! You two are going to create some beautiful things together!

Oh yes it looks like you both have caught the quilting bug! She is adorable and you are setting her in the right direction teaching her so young.
Oh and your five dollar find? Awesome!

Your daughter looks like she is the same age as my granddaughter. Trinity just turned 5 and she is a very smart little girl, comes from being the youngest of 3 children. The others are 151/2 and 12 years, she is will adult like people all the time. T will have to see if Trinity wants to learn to sew. I will see on the weekend.

Yes, DD will be 5 in a little over a month :) She enjoys learning how to sew, but she does get impatient at times because it's not a quick and easy process! lol I should have started her on a quicker project - this one will be lap quilt sized for her, maybe try a doll quilt, goes together more quickly so she can be proud of her accomplishment sooner! lol
