I hand printed the scriptures on the fabric with a permanent fabric pen.

How wonderful. I love the design and the scripture is so comforting.

Great! You could do this with any "signature" style quilt... When I put scriptures on a prayer quilt I typed out and printed the scripture first, in the font I liked, at the size I wanted. Then I used a light table and centered the printed scripture under my blocks, then traced the writing in a permanent pen. Don't forget to iron over the print when you are done, to "set" the ink so it won't wash out.

What a great idea! And your quilt is lovely. I can just see someone that is sick curling up under God's word and feeling the peace & comfort that only comes from Him. What a blessing!
