I am IN LOVE with your quilt! This looks like an awesome way to use up scraps that might "compete" with each other in a design using larger squares or strips. I'll have to try this one too.... at the rate I'm going, with all the ideas on this Board, I need to live to be 202 years old...LOL.

I don't think you are crazy---maybe a glutton for punishment! lol I would not attempt to use 1.5" strips, but Kudos to you for a beautiful quilt.
