I have the 7570 too. I know the feeling of what if. I have kept my eyes and ears open for a twin also, just don't have your luck.

    #1 $1100. At English sew & vac
    #2 $700. " " " " only missing the case for the embroidery unit
#3 $325. (at pawn shop) missing embroidery unit and case and hoops, case for machine, bobbins, at least one foot, the embroidery foot, 2 books also missing. Embroidery #1 card missing also, (I have 2, how many of that one card do I need?)

My name is still on the list at my LS for another one, Why so many of the same machine, atvantages:
they all thread the same way,

feet bobbins, embroidery units embroidery cards, are all inter-changable, can use one foot on all three machines.
and I do not have to remember this machine threads this way and this one that way, all the same!! Makes my life easier.
and now I can take any machine in for a cleaning and tune up and still have two to sew with. So for me this just makes sence.

If I find a good deal on another machine, I will keep those of you who want one in mind.
    Happy stitching Leaha

I love my 7570 and dread the day when she passes on the great sewing machine store in the sky. I think the Babylock Quest is a very similar machine.

I had the 7570, when I bought a 2170 I gave the 7570 to a young mother in another province she has 3 little girls to sew for as well she sews wedding dresses. I sometimes wish I still had the 7570 so I could have two machines going at the same time. You got me to thinking of looking for another one.

I had never thought of contacting a pawn shop for a machine. I have to admit that I have never been inside of one. We have far too many in town...
I bought a featherweight at a pawn shop, in really good shape, all the attachments +buttonholer+zig zagger+blind
hemmer. It sews really well, I sold it a few years ago to a
    friend in Iowa.

I have a Pfaff 7550 and a Pfaff 2144. I love both machines and yes, I use them both. It is so handy when I am working on something that takes 2 colors of thread. I just thread each one in a color and switch back and forth. Both are great machines. You will enjoy yours.
