Thankyou ALL so very much for the wonderful compliments.
I really just wanted to shove this quilt into a droor and forget about it., but the more I look at it the more I like it. Every single time I made a scrap quilt, I never wanted to finish it. But for some odd reason they turn out to be my favorites or someone elses favorites!!
Some of you asked me about the pattern blocks for this one, and I know it was a link that I found in here, but my printer was not working that day so I hand wrote it down on a piece of paper. I am going to look on this site.
http://quiltville.com/stringxpf.html Only I did mine with muslin in the back as a foundation and on the diagonal without the added triangles. I'm not positive about this particular pattern but it's somewhat close . I hope this help's .

Just in case Belmer can't find the thread she found this on, this might help...
I took all different size width strips, sewed them together, cut them into squares and the made HST. (could go further and make 1/4 sq. triangles) and then join the final squares.
I put sashing between some of them for a quilt or can be left just square to square. One border, two or three..your choice.
Also from the strips, you can use them and have a scrappy binding.
Hope this helps if you can't find a pattern.
