Here is another site where Mary (the author) has on her blog spot. I found it by accident after reading about the bargello scrap quilt, some one left this link. http://www.maryquilts.com/heartstrings-gayq-blocks

Just in case Belmer can't find the thread she found this on, this might help...
I took all different size width strips, sewed them together, cut them into squares and the made HST. (could go further and make 1/4 sq. triangles) and then join the final squares.
I put sashing between some of them for a quilt or can be left just square to square. One border, two or three..your choice.
Also from the strips, you can use them and have a scrappy binding.
Hope this helps if you can't find a pattern.
