I have one of those PVC pipe frames. Bought it at Hobby Lobby many years ago for 50 dollars. I love it. I'm not real handy when it comes to holding a hoop or lap frame. I'm actually very clumbsy. Just can't figure it out. That quilt on your frame is great.

I have one of the small ones but I think'I'd like one like that too. I had a big quilt frame that was a chore to move the quilt it. The material was pinned to boards that turned and it worked like a charm but it took up lots of space and you couldn't take it down like that one and store if you are needing the room. I miss Hobby Lobby. There aren't any around me just Michaels and they don't have fabric.

Here...

http://www.pvcworkshop.com/freePVCplans2.htm

About half way down the page on left side you can download a pdf with directions to make your own and it'll cost you 25$ MAX! I know I made one myself.

Got mine on E-bay for $45.00 and I love it. I went to the hardware store and got some scraps of PVC and put an extra 5" piece with a cap on the back which tilts it foreward. Makes it so much easier to use. I live in an apartment and didn't have room for anything larger. It is perfect. Have a king size quilt on my right now and it is working great.
