to use some stash! I am currently following the scrap buster mystery quilt here

AND... making crumb blocks. Ninety of 'em. Here's a photo of some. They're 4" unfinished, 3.5" finished....

Amazingly, it hasn't seemed to make a real dent in the scrap stash. Hmmm... what does this say about the mountain of stash, do you suppose? :lol:

What did you do? Sew a bunch together then cut apart. How is all the seams handled?

Interesting blocks, but so many seams, does the block get heavy?

TCharlie - here's a link to a good idea of how they're constructed. It's a zen thing. You get in a groove, and the day kinda floats by... :lol:

That is a beautiful crumb quilt. Some how it looks patterned and not a crumb. It is going to be a gorgeous.
