Are you on vacation? Or maybe attending Deb Tucker's Certified Instructor training in Des Moines?

I have also seen these quilt squares at the rest stop while going to visit my brother in DesMoines. I must say, I have never seen so many quilt shops as they have in DesMoines and the whole state for that matter. I was there during the Quilt week celebration so I went to a great quilt show downtown. I also went to Missouri Star, which was a treasure and not far from Des Moines. We went to the Amana Colonies, another amazing community where quilting was a necessity. I think my sister in law caught the quilting bug. She sewed for many years but never nade a quilt. now she has!!!!

I got back a week ago from a driving trip to see family in MN and visit Nancy's Notions in WI and see some quilt and fabric shops. I trained as a math teacher in college, but don't think I could be a quilting instructor. Besides, there is a certified Deb Tucker instructor in a town about a 1/2 hour from here.

I just love the blocks and want one for my barn. DH doesn't see the point, but the point is simple: we all want to be surrounded by quilt art!
