Gai....it is perfect! I was surprized to see the fabric. I swear, I'd have never thought it looked like that..and JoeAnne doesn't look like what I pictured either...oh well...goes to show I don't imagine things very well. They are both beautiful..the quilt AND JoeAnne!

Hey Patti - finally got yours done! It was a New Year's resolution to finish it before the end of January! :mrgreen: I ummed and aahed and ooed and erred but in the end I went for a single border in this rather beautiful (I think!) Asian fabric which brings out all the orange in the centre and the applique. Hope you like it! And to apologise for the delay, you get a matching tote too! :-D

Ooooohhhhh K!!! Its beautiful! Thank you, thank you, thank you! And to get a matching tote?? Aren't I the lucky one!! I'm so excited to get her home. I think that fabric is lovely and I can't wait to see it in person..I think it will look even prettier! I sure hope to quilt all these IRR UFOs this year. Maybe I should make that MY New Years resolution!
