I do love that border Mel. It's not too busy at all!! Very creative, and lots of room for cool quilting!

There's nothing like that in France, not like your US LAs anyway! Maybe I'll hand quilt it when it comes home, I got a great chicken stencil for starters! :-D

Ok, this is what the borders look like when they're actually sewn on. I like this block, but I don't think I'll do it again in this size, the little squares in there are 1/4" finished! :shock: :shock:

Oh, I meant to add that I received Esqmommy's center in the mail yesterday, from Patti! I hope to finish k3n's by this weekend, and send it out on Monday :)
