o.k., so someone on the board challenged me to do this, and i did. so now i have a new addiction!
greate use of scraps! someone told me mine wasn't 'exactly' crumbs, but i used strips and crumbs that were left ove.

When my son hops on my computer, I just hop on the sewing machine and never knowing what I'll sew, I just start doing the crumb blocks til I decide! haha. I ended up with 150 3" squares so far! To put lots of angles in your block, just cut and resew other sections tog. It makes the blocks more interesting with all the angles.

Thank you everyone so much! Thank you, raedar63! Thank you, veronica! Yes some pieces in it are 1/8", 1/16", lots are 1/4" and there's a lot of fabric packed in 3" squares!
Yes, it is a lot of work to make a little block, but I love seeing the little blocks done. Yes, to someone who commented on my patience -- yes, I have lots of patience. And yes, it is amazing what can be done with crumbs so tiny!
