Sorry everyone - this is something of a hijack, well, not really but... Panda sent me a little zip with my quilt so i could make a thimble case and i wanted to show a pic but I didn't want to start a thread just for this itty bitty thing, plus it's not that good! But I did want to show it to panda so I'm putting it here - hope noone minds! :D

This was the first time i EVER in my life put a zip in something!!! So it's not great, but my thimble seems to like it!

PS Panda - I go on hols the 12th August for two weeks. :-)

Thanks Pam - no, I got the thimble on a trip to England. It's a Roxanne's thimble and the first I've got on with! :D

OK ladies here's my beautiful quilt from Panda.

Just look at all those folded blocks too.

I just love it to bits, it will hand proudly in my spare room after it has been decorated, which should be late August.

I have fabrics samples too, some yummy sweets & a Kaleidescope block.

I love the way Panda has embroidered on the notes to the quilt as Sunbonnet Sue merrily goes about hanging out her quilt on the line - so cute don't you all think.

Thanks again for including me in on this one Panda - wouldn't have missed it for the world.
