That is simply beautiful, really like your ideas. I have been looking around for some Japanese style quilts, but not seen anything as beautiful as that.

would you mind letting us in on where you got the pattern for the kimonos?
or did you design them yourself? it is a lovely piece.

i was given this pattern and the material as a xmas present from my husband.
he purchased it at THE CABBAGE PATCH in Lafayette, california.. i do believe they have an online site.

thank you so much,,, i will take that as a compliment since i am a beginner and learning on my own ! so fun to create something from a stack of material and some paper patterns...
