This is a picture of some blocks that I pieced together from jelly rolls. No pattern, just strips and blocks.

I so enjoyed the quilt show. I want to get a jelly roll from MSQ for a baby quilt. The fabric line is "Baby Talk". They have jelly roll plus a layer cake or charm pack, can't remember which right now. Guess I just need to jump in and do it.

sandybeach, I really, really like the first one. The colors of the fabric and the prints just seem to go perfect with the pattern. Mind if I ask the name of that pattern, I don't think I've seen it before. It makes me think of it as sort of 'abstract'.

Lovely! That is a log cabin. 'Court House Steps." It is perfect for your jelly roll!

Default Technicolor

Here is my "jelly roll race" quilt I made for my DSL. She loves the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I thought this quilt resembles the colors. I used Tonga hard candy batik jelly roll. I even managed to quilt it myself on my machine! Thanks for looking.
