    This one is for a granddaughter. I did not really like this quilt until I completely finished it. Then, it began to grow on me. I finally came to like the high loft batting. I think it really makes the quilt.

    It looks wonderful. I still like the higher loft batting for many projects. It really makes the quilting stand out.

    Lucky grandaughter, that is really nice. I like the looks of the high loft batting better, just find it pretty hard to work with.

    Kitty, it's beautiful!
    High loft batting makes things poofy ad comfy... that's the way quilt are suppose to be in my opinion. :D

    Never used high loft but your quilt is lovely. I like the old fashioned prints much better than the current craze for bold geometrics. Some of them are so loud that they hurt my eyes. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
